Discover the joy of working with flowers in this fun, hands-on introduction to floral design. In Floral Arrangement 101, you’ll learn the basic principles and techniques behind creating a beautiful, natural-looking arrangement using fresh, seasonal flowers.
We’ll explore flower selection, color and texture combinations, arrangement shape and balance, stem preparation, and simple design techniques you can easily recreate at home. You’ll be guided step-by-step as you create your own garden-inspired arrangement, with plenty of time to experiment and make it your own.
No previous floral design experience is needed—just bring your creativity and a love of flowers! At the end of the class, you’ll take home your finished arrangement and the confidence to create beautiful bouquets with flowers from your own garden, the farmers market, or your local flower farm.
